Our Process

We are a full service custom home builder with over 20 years of experience in the housing industry.  Our process is as easy as it gets. 

Step 1- The Plan
Have one already? Great...Still haven't found the perfect plan? No problem!! Fine tuning plans once we get to know you is something we enjoy doing for our customers to truly make this home exactly what they are looking for.

Step 2- How much is it? 
This question can be answered once we have completed your no cost and obligation free site evaluation.  

Step 3- Financing 
If you are financing, we need to secure your financing through your bank or one of our preferred lenders.  Once your appraisal is complete(usually 3 weeks) and you have provided the lender with your conditions, we will do a final plan review to ensure we have left no stones unturned. 

Step 4- Closing and Begin Construction 
Typically we are complete with your home and ready for your "New Home Orientation" and "Final walk-thru" 6 to 9 months from this point.  There are many factors that play a part in your build time like  the complexity of the project, materials weather and subcontractor availability.  We pride ourselves in the fact we are under budget on most projects and that we tend to complete our homes faster than our estimated day of completion we give you at the beginning.

Step 5- Enjoy what you have accomplished and begin your 1 year  "bumper to bumper " guarantee(excluding light bulbs and batteries) and 10 year structural guarantee, which includes foundation for 10 years.
